Spinach Soup

1. Blend the tomatoes, celery, garlic and orange juice.
2. Add the spinach a handful at a time until well blended.
3. Lastly add the 1/2 avocado and herbs and blend until creamy and smooth. Garnish with dulse.
4. Pour into a bowl and enjoy. This soup is best eaten soon after preparation.


3 tomato Plum tomatoes
1 bag(s) Baby spinach
1 large stalk(s) Celery
1 clove(s) Garlic
1 large Orange (Squeezed)
2 leaf Basil, fresh (Optional)
3 sprig Cilantro (coriander) (Optional)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1 tsp Dulse (laver, nori), dried (Garnish)

Spinach is extremely nutrient-dense and is an excellent source of vitamin K, carotenes, and folic acid
