How does this work?

- This Plan is handcrafted after years of research of what works and most importantly "what does not work" for the midlife runners
- The Plan is based on MHR, 80/20, run/walk startegies and strength training specific to the midlife runners
- This a gradual and gentle running plan with a combination of run/walk sessions and strength training exercises to build the running muscles that have been depleting for a while.
