Have you been injured and off running for a long time?
- This is for you. It is a gradual and gentle running plan based on 80/20 principle, run/walk strategies and strength training specific for the over 40s
- We have included specific strength training workouts to help the running muscles that have been depleting for a while.
- Albeit a beginner program we have covered all beginners from non-runners, newbies to those aiming to run a half marathon and beyond
- Non Stop motivation through emails, private community group, masterclasses by experts ,Q& A sessions etc.
