Spinach Soup


  • Blend the tomatoes, celery, garlic and orange juice.
  • Add the spinach a handful at a time until well blended.
  • Lastly add the 1/2 avocado and herbs and blend until creamy and smooth. Garnish with dulse.
  • Pour into a bowl and enjoy. This soup is best eaten soon after preparation.


  • 3 tomato Plum tomatoes
  • 1 bag(s) Baby spinach
  • 1 large stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic
  • 1 large Orange (Squeezed)
  • 2 leaf Basil, fresh (Optional)
  • 3 sprig Cilantro (coriander) (Optional)
  • 1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
  • 1 tsp Dulse (laver, nori), dried (Garnish)


Spinach is extremely nutrient-dense and is an excellent source of vitamin K, carotenes, and folic acid
